Crime doesn't pay. Right?
You wake up. Empty pockets, no name. But with a plan. They say crime doesn't pay You're about to prove them wrong.
November 2026 · version 0.2 · no date yet
The first 0.1 versions built the city. Real towns per region, real motorways with their real numbers, ports with kilometres of quay, airports with runways and piers. Police who open an investigation when you get too comfortable. Crew members who stay silent, or talk. Districts you take with your clan, and lose again. Most Wanted lists that cross borders.
0.2 is about what that city does back. It is in development. What follows is the direction, not a promise.

The court gets teeth
An arrest is no longer the end of the story. A good lawyer has a network: a clerk, a colleague, someone who owes him. Witnesses can be persuaded to remember less, or to leave town for a while. A verdict can be appealed. And there is the deal nobody talks about out loud: become a crown witness, and give up your own crew. Or find out one of them already did.

The market fights back
Every city gets its own supply and demand. Flood a city and your margins drop; a big seizure somewhere and the street feels it within days. Rival families don't sit still either: they move in on routes that are weakly held.

An empire is a network
Front businesses start to need each other. The transport firm makes the smuggling possible. The restaurant makes the money clean. Lose one link and the rest feels it. A new overview shows where your money and goods flow, and where it is thin.

Four kinds of reputation
Not one name, but four: on the street, in the business world, in politics and with the police. Respected on the corner, trusted at the bank, owed a favour at city hall, and unknown at the station. That's the dream. Every circle opens different doors.

The city changes the rules
A new hard-line mayor who wants to be seen. A harbour strike that leaves containers standing. A war between cartels that makes every corner nervous. For a while, a city plays by different rules. The smart ones adapt. The loud ones end up in the paper.

Sound and atmosphere
The city finally makes a sound: sirens in the distance, traffic in the rain, the hum of a street at three at night. And music that follows your heat.

Roads on several levels
Motorway interchanges become real: flyovers on several levels, ramps that curve up and over, instead of a staircase in the grid.
When?
No date. 0.2 comes when it's good. Until then, 0.1 keeps getting updates. Keep your head down.
