Delete your account

In the game

1. Open the game and log in with the character you want to delete.
2. Choose Menu (top right).
3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

That's it. There's no waiting period and it can't be undone.

What happens next

• Your character and everything that belongs to it is gone at once: progress, in-game money, property, people, loads, job history, friends, clan membership and chat messages.
• If you led a clan, the member with the highest role takes over.
• Your street name becomes available to others again.
• It disappears from our backups within 30 days.
